Our Services may include AI-generated suggestions, maintenance tracking, ride logging, and community features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Moto Frontier. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. AI Disclaimer & Risk of Working on Powersports Vehicles
Moto Frontier offers AI-generated content, insights, and suggestions to help you track and manage your rides.
- Our AI is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- Moto Frontier does not provide professional mechanical, safety, or legal advice.
- Working on powersports vehicles (including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, e-bikes, scooters, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and other rides) carries inherent risks, including serious injury, death, or property damage.
- You are solely responsible for deciding whether to perform any maintenance, modifications, or repairs yourself, or to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
- By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Moto Frontier LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from reliance on our platform, AI outputs, or user-submitted content.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Services.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
- Comply with our Community Guidelines.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Subscription & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and features of Moto Frontier are owned by Moto Frontier LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our Services without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Moto Frontier LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Services.
- Moto Frontier LLC shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Moto Frontier LLC is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data, content, or information stored or submitted through the Services. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important information.
- Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Moto Frontier LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
