Moto Frontier Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription & Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes how subscriptions, payments, renewals, and refunds work for Moto Frontier LLC (“Moto Frontier,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Moto Frontier offers free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan – Limited access, no cost.
  • Rider Plan – Monthly subscription with expanded features.
  • Pioneer Plan – Annual subscription with discounted pricing and additional benefits.

Details of each plan are available on our website and may change from time to time.

2. Payments & Renewals

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • You authorize Moto Frontier LLC (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
  • Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Because our Services are digital and subscription-based:

  • Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • Annual Plans (Pioneer or similar): You may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not heavily used paid features (at Moto Frontier’s discretion). After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
  • Special Promotions: Discounted or promotional subscriptions are final sale unless otherwise stated.

5. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is resolved.
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred.

6. Changes to Pricing & Plans

Moto Frontier reserves the right to adjust pricing or subscription features. Any changes will take effect at your next billing cycle. If we materially change pricing, we will notify you in advance.
