Welcome to Moto Frontier. By accessing or using our platform, website, or services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Moto Frontier exists to help riders track, manage, and share their Freedom Machines. These terms ensure that experience remains safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Moto Frontier, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You agree to comply with these Terms
  • You will use the platform responsibly

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate
  • All activity under your account

Moto Frontier is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3. Use of the Platform

Moto Frontier provides tools to:

  • Manage and track your Freedom Machines
  • Log rides, maintenance, and builds
  • Share content and connect with other riders

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activity
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform
  • Impersonate another person or entity

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, ride logs, builds, etc.).

By posting content, you grant Moto Frontier a non-exclusive license to:

  • Display and share your content within the platform
  • Promote the platform using your content (e.g. featured posts)

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Does not violate laws
  • Does not infringe on others’ rights

5. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation

Moto Frontier may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Moto Frontier does not provide professional mechanical, safety, or riding advice.

All content (including maintenance logs, guides, and user posts) is for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for:

  • Your riding decisions
  • Your vehicle maintenance
  • Your safety on and off the road

7. Third-Party Services

Moto Frontier may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., gear retailers, affiliate links).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Transactions made outside our platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Remove content that is harmful or inappropriate
