Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how subscriptions, payments, and refunds are handled for Moto Frontier (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Moto Frontier is built to deliver ongoing value to riders. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.


1. Subscription Plans

Moto Frontier may offer paid plans, including but not limited to:

  • Pioneer Memberships
  • Premium features or tools
  • Future upgrades or add-ons

All pricing and features will be clearly displayed before purchase.


2. Billing & Payment

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.


3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

You can cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will occur

5. Refund Policy

a. General Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in limited cases outlined below.


b. Exceptions

We may issue refunds if:

  • A billing error occurred
  • You were charged incorrectly
  • There is a verified technical issue preventing access to paid features

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.


c. No Refunds For

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Lack of usage

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access to paid features may be paused
  • We may retry the charge

Continued failure may result in account downgrade or suspension.


7. Changes to Pricing

Moto Frontier may update pricing or plans in the future.

If changes occur:

  • Existing users may be notified in advance
  • Changes will not apply retroactively to past payments

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Terms of Use
  • Abuse refund policies
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
